Kristen Sarkaria is a founding member of L & L Property Enterprises. Her primary role involves managing the company’s finances and client contractual services. Her focus on financial planning and risk management maintains structure and stability strengthening client relationships. In addition to controlling all financial aspects of L & L Property, Kristen also oversees all human resources and office administration staff. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and enjoys spending her free time managing her busy household alongside her husband, Vick Sarkaria.

Vick Sarkaria has worked in the construction industry since 2003 and is an expert in commercial interior fit-outs, building renovations and ground-up construction. At L&L Property Vick oversees all general contracting operations, construction and development.

Vick has an exceptional ability to create and manage cohesive teams. His insider experience working with public agencies is of great benefit and he works closely and well with clients, architects and engineers. Vick’s commitment to completing projects under budget, on time and above expectations is well-known.

Vick graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Psychology. He’s a big Cincinnati Bengals fan and loves to watch the games or attend them with his family.

Cylvia Cruz is a project manager with 20 years of experience working in the construction industry, specializing in capital improvement projects. Her expertise lies in ensuring conformity between building plans and physical construction. She is also a certified New Jersey Home & Radon Inspector. Cylvia is a graduate of Pratt Institute with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and utilizes her extensive building knowledge and coordination of construction documentation to always deliver a superior, quality project to clients.

Cylvia enjoys spending time doing DIY building projects in her home. But she is just as likely to have her head in a cookbook reading it as if it were a sci-fi novel and making unusual jam, jellies, and preserves from her garden.

Giselle Valerio is a prominent figure at L&L Property Enterprises with over 15 years of experience in project planning and coordination. Her intimate understanding of municipal processes gives way to flawless executions of various administrative requirements associated with project development. With over 350 projects completed through 2024 she has the ultimate grasp on project management from entitlements and permitting all the way to close outs and opening.

Giselle is a graduate of Florida State University and has a wonderful family that encourages our entire team. She is raising her four children with her husband and loves to spend time at the beach soaking in the sun and watching her children surf the waves of NJ.
