Kristen Sarkaria

Kristen Sarkaria is a founding member of L & L Property Enterprises. Her primary role involves managing the company’s finances and client contractual services. Her focus on financial planning and risk management maintains structure and stability strengthening client relationships. In addition to controlling all financial aspects of L & L Property, Kristen also oversees all human resources and office administration staff. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and enjoys spending her free time managing her busy household alongside her husband, Vick Sarkaria.

Vick Sarkaria

Vick Sarkaria has worked in the construction industry since 2003 and is an expert in commercial interior fit-outs, building renovations and ground-up construction. At L&L Property Vick oversees all general contracting operations, construction and development.

Vick has an exceptional ability to create and manage cohesive teams. His insider experience working with public agencies is of great benefit and he works closely and well with clients, architects and engineers. Vick’s commitment to completing projects under budget, on time and above expectations is well-known.

Vick graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Psychology. He’s a big Cincinnati Bengals fan and loves to watch the games or attend them with his family.

Donna Werdann

Office Manager

Donna Werdann is a seasoned project coordinator with an extensive background in facilities management. She is experienced in managing a variety of construction projects in the commercial, retail, and healthcare fields. Donna is extremely successful in creating effective communication between office personnel, town officials, vendors, sub-contractors, and our management team keeping our projects on schedule and limiting pitfalls.

Donna enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. She is the President and Co-Founder of an all-volunteer wish fulfilling organization.

Jenna Benkovich

Project Manager

Jenna Benkovich is an influential leader for L&L Property Enterprises. Jenna has over 250 commercial and retail projects under her belt and currently drives production of the brand name retailers in our portfolio. With a degree in architecture from NJIT and years of on-site field interaction, she excels in the production of quality deliverables to the client. Her in-depth comprehension of design documents and value engineering of pre-construction plans gives Jenna the upper hand in delivering projects on time with excellent results.

Jenna and her husband enjoy the summers in Spain on their vineyard and raising their son in NJ.

Don Hern

Superintendant

Since 2013, Don Hern has played an integral part in L & L Property Enterprises worksite operations. He is heavily involved in the planning and organization of all our actively working construction projects. He is personally responsible for controlling and supervising multiple contractors and onsite staff as well as fully maintaining a safe work environment.
